    直列に固定抵抗を接続し、前記湿度センサ本体と
    前記固定抵抗とを同一絶縁基板上に設けたことを
    特徴とする湿度センサ。 (2) 固定抵抗は基板上に印刷された膜式抵抗体
    であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載の湿度センサ。 (3) 固定抵抗は並列接続された複数の抵抗体か
    らなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
