Conventionally, for example, hand spray guns used for die casting machine work include a type in which a pressurized air pipe 1 and a mold release agent pipe 2 are arranged in parallel as shown in Fig. 1, and a type as shown in Fig. 2. There is a known type in which the pipe has a double structure, with a mold release agent passage 3 on the inside and a pressurized air passage 4 on the outside. In FIGS. 1 and 2, 5 is a nozzle, 6 is a grip, and 7 and 8 are joints connected to an air pump and a release agent tank (both not shown), respectively.

However, with the conventional hand spray gun mentioned above,
Since only one type of liquid can be sprayed, for example, when spraying mold release agents and lubricants (or other liquids or gases) in die-casting or casting, workers must alternate between holding two types of spray guns each time. There is a problem with poor workability.

In view of the above problems, the present invention aims to improve work efficiency, shorten the work cycle, and reduce worker fatigue by making it possible to spray two types of liquids or gases with one hand spray gun. The tips of a first passage for pressurized air and a second passage for liquid that pass through the spray gun grip are communicated with the first nozzle, and each passage is opened and closed by an opening/closing mechanism built into the grip. and a third passageway for pressurized liquid, pressurized gas, or a mixture thereof communicates with a second nozzle placed near the first nozzle, and a third passageway placed near the opening/closing mechanism. It is characterized in that the third passage is opened and closed by an opening and closing mechanism.

First, in FIG. 6, the discharge pipe 9 (a part of the second passage) is a resin pipe, and the part 10 is fitted and bonded to the inner surface of an aluminum pipe 11 (a part of the second passage). It is screwed and held in a screw hole 13 in a spray gun grip part 12 made of aluminum alloy. The right end opening 14 of the aluminum pipe 11 has a tapered part 16 of a flow rate regulating valve 15 for liquid (for example, mold release agent).

The on-off valve 20 fits into the hole 22 in the grip part 12, and when the on-off lever 23 (FIG. 6) is grabbed in the direction of arrow A against the elasticity of the spring 24, it slides in the direction of arrow B (FIG. 7). The spring chamber 25 communicates with the space 21 by moving. Slightly pressurized liquid is constantly supplied to the spring chamber 25 via a rubber tube (not shown) connected to the joint portion 26.

They are screwed together so that the spray direction is approximately the same. On the other hand, a joint part 47 is screwed together with the joint parts 26 and 34 on the rear end surface of the grip part 12, as shown in FIG. It communicates with the discharge pipe 43. The upper part of the grip part 12 has a joint part 4.

Next, the operation will be explained. When the grip portion 12 is gripped and the opening/closing lever 23 is gripped in the direction of arrow A (FIG. 6), the air opening/closing valve 32 opens and pressurized air is ejected from the discharge pipe 27 (first stage). When the opening/closing lever 23 is further rotated in the direction A, the opening/closing valve 20 for the mold release agent opens and the mold release agent begins to come out from the discharge pipe 9, and is released from the nozzle 40 by pressurized air from the discharge pipe 27. The agent squirts out (second stage). By the first stage operation of blowing out only pressurized air,
For example, dust, burrs, water droplets, etc. can be removed from the mold surface, and a mold release agent can be sprayed in the second stage operation. Further, by connecting, for example, a pressurized lubricant tank to the joint portion 47, the lubricant can be sprayed with the same spray gun without changing the spray gun. Spraying of the lubricating oil is performed by operating the cock 46.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the first passage for pressurized air (discharge pipe 27 etc.) and the second passage for liquid (discharge pipe 9
etc.) is communicated with the first nozzle 40, and the opening/closing mechanism (opening/closing valves 20, 3
2, etc.) to open and close each of the passages, and a second nozzle disposed near the first nozzle 40.
The tip of a third passage (discharge pipe 43, etc.) for pressurized liquid, pressurized gas, or a mixture thereof is communicated with the nozzle 45, and a third passage opening/closing mechanism (cottle 46) disposed near the opening/closing mechanism described above communicates with the nozzle 45. Since the third passage can be opened and closed, it is now possible to spray two types of liquids or gases with one hand spray gun, shortening the work cycle and improving work efficiency.
It also has the advantage of reducing worker fatigue.
