の充電電圧の放電を実行させる第3のトランジス
タとを備え、 上記コンデンサの放電に伴う上記第1のトラン
ジスタの導通抵抗の増大により上記第3のトラン
ジスタがオンして上記コンデンサを上記第3のト
ランジスタを介して急速に放電完了させるように
