接続される電流検出抵抗と、一端が直流電源のプ
ラスに接続され他端が逆流防止ダイオードのアノ
ードに接続される補充電抵抗と、この補充電抵抗
に並列に接続されるスイツチ素子と、前記逆流防
止ダイオードのアノードと前記電流検出抵抗の他
端に接続される電圧検出回路と、この電圧検出回
路が一定電圧を検出するまでは一定の電圧を出力
し電圧検出回路が一定電圧を検出したのちは一定
の割合で出力電圧を低下させる基準電圧回路と、
この基準電圧回路の出力電圧と前記電流検出抵抗
における降下電圧とが等しくなるように前記直流
電源の出力電流を制御する電流制御回路と、前記
基準電圧回路の出力電圧が一定値となつた時前記
スイツチ素子をオフするとともに前記電流制御回
路による前記直流電源の出力電流制御をオフする
