Claims (1)
もにこの凹部３の両端部に連なるヘツダ形成用凹
部４が設けられた複数のアルミニウム製中間プレ
ート２が層状に重ね合わせられ、かつこれらの中
間プレート２の重ね合わせ方向の両端に、片面に
流体流路形成用凹部６を有するアルミニウム製サ
イドプレート５がそれぞれ重ね合わせられること
により、並列状の複数の偏平管部７と一対のヘツ
ダ部８とが形成され、ヘツダ部８に流体導入口１
０および流体排出口１１が形成されたアルミニウ
ム製積層型熱交換器において、ヘツダ部８外面に
おける流体導入口１０および流体排出口１１のま
わりの部分に、それぞれＡｌ―Ｚｎ―Ｍｇ系合金
またはＡｌ―Ｚｎ―Ｍｇ―Ｃｕ合金からなるアル
ミニウム製熱交換器取付用ブラケツト１４が固着
されており、熱交換器取付用ブラケツト１４が、
ヘツダ部８外面に接する板状部１５を備えている
とともに、この板状部１５に流体導入口１０およ
び流体排出口１１に合致する流体流通孔１８が形
成され、またブラケツト１４全体のうち少なくと
も板状部１５の両面がろう付性のすぐれたアルミ
ニウム層１６，１７で覆われ、流体流通孔１８が
流体導入口１０および流体排出口１１に合致させ
られた状態で板状部１５の一方のアルミニウム層
１６がヘツダ部８外面にろう付され、板状部１５
の他方のアルミニウム層１７面の流体流通孔１８
のまわりの部分にアルミニウム製管接続部材１２
