Claims (1)
- 端子を気密状態に固定した気密端子と、この気
密端子に密封固定されるキヤツプとを有する封止
容器内に、少くとも圧電素子およびその発振用の
集積回路素子とを封入し、上記封止容器外におい
て上記気密端子に周波数調整用のコンデンサを設
けた発振器において、上記封止容器がアース電位
を持ち、上記コンデンサの上記気密端子より遠い
方の外側電極が上記封止容器に接続してあること
を特徴とする発振器。
