When installing a large rotating electrical machine, its rotating shaft must be positioned strictly horizontally. Furthermore, while a rotating electric machine is in operation, in addition to the load of the main body (static load), dynamic loads, vibrations, and shock loads from the machine side are applied to the concrete foundation. Therefore, it is conceivable to provide a large number of packers on the periphery of the lower surface of the rotating electric machine, or to inject and solidify a flowable grout using a special high-strength mortar.

In the packer arrangement method, the packer plate is positioned strictly horizontally, and the rotating electric machine is installed on top of the packer plate. Conventionally, in order to install this packer plate, the concrete floor surface of the place where the packer plate is installed is removed, the weak layer is removed, and at the same time, uneven parts are formed on the surface. Then, a formwork is constructed using appropriate weir plates, and the formwork is filled with grout. Then, a packer plate is placed on the grout material. Next, a ruler is erected on the top of the packer plate, and the reference height and horizontal level of the packer plate are measured using transit, and the height and horizontal level are adjusted. It is necessary to measure and adjust as many car plates as there are car plates, and it also requires an extremely high degree of skill to ensure that the heights of the packer plates are aligned accurately and leveled, requiring a lot of rework and requiring a large number of packer pads. There were drawbacks such as the fact that the installation work required a lot of time and effort because each piece was installed by hand.

In recent years, a floor bull grouting method has been developed in which a special non-shrinking mortar is injected and solidified into the lower part of the floor of a rotating electric machine as an improved technology for this purpose. After the treatment, the height and horizontal level of the floor base are precisely adjusted using the adjustment screw installed in the one-turn type machine floor base and the support seat buried in the concrete floor surface, and the floor base is tightened with anchor bolts. An appropriate weir is constructed around the grout, and grout is injected into the space between the lower part of the platform and the concrete floor within the formwork, and is left to harden by moist curing.

At this time, due to the load of the rotating electric machine itself and the load conditions during operation, it is not necessary to grout the entire lower part of the floor stand, but if you grout precisely and locally only at the load points, it will have sufficient strength and function. With the prior art sunny hose method or bagpipe method, the member itself has a large diameter, and if there are various parts or obstacles, such as the lower part of the floor of a rotating electric machine, it is not possible to form a pad with floorable grout locally and accurately. Ta. Furthermore, if Styrofoam or wood is used as a frame for local grouting, reinforcement against the injection pressure will be extensive, and the height and horizontal level of the floor base will need to be adjusted, resulting in an incomplete seal between the floor base and the frame. Moreover, since it is difficult to check whether the seal is good or not because it is internal, there are concerns that a large amount of leakage or quality defects may occur during grout injection. Further, the base frame must be removed after the grout has hardened, but it is almost impossible to completely remove it. Furthermore, the special mortar is 15 to 20 times more expensive than ordinary mortar, and it has various drawbacks, such as being economically disadvantageous when injected into places other than where it is needed.

The pad installation device of the present invention has a plurality of level adjustment flanges at the bottom of the device to be placed on a concrete floor surface,
It is a rigid housing with a U-shaped mortar reservoir on the top, and is used by placing it at the optimal position to form a pad that has been marked on the concrete floor in advance, and when placed on the concrete floor. If the floor surface is significantly sloped, use the level adjustment flange to maintain a roughly horizontal level, and fillet small irregularities and relative gaps in the concrete floor surface with mortar from the inner circumference of the bottom. In addition, although the relative gap between the floor table and the top is normally uneven in all directions, it is sealed by the crushing of the mortar provided at the top, preventing leakage when pouring the floorable grout. In addition, the pad installation device is suitable for embedding the component itself and does not need to be removed.

First, in this embodiment, the side wall member 13 has a plurality of flanges 14 at the bottom which serve as strength members against horizontal grout pressure and for stable installation of the pad installation device 12.
A pair of slit parts are provided in a part of the flange 14, and an adjustment flange 15 and a top part are used to adjust the height and horizontal level by deforming the part downward as necessary when setting the pad installation device 12. There is a U-shaped groove body 16 extending over the entire length of the side wall member 13. Next, there is a T-shaped front wall member 17 which has a plurality of plug welding holes 19 and slits, and has folded portions 18 bent at the slit portions on the left and right sides. The pad installation device 12 of this embodiment is a rigid case-like unit in which a side wall member 13 and a front wall member 17 are combined into a case-like structure and are slightly welded to a plug welding hole 19.

The height of the pad installation device 12 is manufactured so that there is a gap of 8 to 1 inch between the upper surface and the lower surface of the floor stand 7 of the rotating electric machine, and the precision is absorbed by the base concrete, which generally has coarse precision. The width of the pad installation device 12 is related to the length of the device from consideration of the surface pressure against the maximum load, but it is 150 to 20 mm.

Next, a leveling rod is set on the top of the pad installation device 12, and a transiut is used to measure the set height, and a construction level is used to measure the horizontal level. At this time, if the surface is a normal concrete floor, the pad installation device 12 will be kept approximately horizontal,
If there is a slight inclination, adjusting it with the adjustment shim 23 will not interfere with the series of operations described below. If the pad installation device 12 is extremely tilted in the placed state, the adjustment flange 15 is deformed by an optimum amount using a hand tool to adjust the horizontal level and then placed. The height can also be adjusted in a similar manner. At that time, the accuracy of height and horizontal level depends on the flexibility of the top mortar,
Absorption is achieved through familiarity, so strictness is not necessary. That is, since an approximate value is sufficient, the work is efficient with less effort and can be performed even by an unskilled person.

A plurality of other pads to be molded are placed as planned by placing and adjusting the pad installation device 12 in the same manner as described above at the marked positions as pad molding positions. At this time, the construction method according to the present invention has an extremely small size of the pad forming frame material itself compared to the conventional bagpipe method or the sunny horse method, so there are various obstacles in the pad forming area, such as the floor stand 7 of a rotating electric machine. Even when there are protrusions and objects buried in the concrete floor, it is possible to form the pad in the optimal position, which was not possible with conventional techniques.

Next, as shown in FIG. 6, the floor stand 7 of the rotating electrical machine is placed on top of the pad installation device 12 placed at the planned position. There is an adjustment screw 8 screwed onto the floor stand 7 in advance, and a height adjusted to be slightly higher than the final installation height of the floor stand 7 is placed thereon. After that, while operating the adjustment screw 8, lower the N floor base 7 gently and little by little, and after strictly adjusting the final installation height and horizontal level of the floor base, tighten the floor base 7 with the anchor bolts 10. is fixed. At that time, since the kamaboko-shaped mortar has appropriate hardness and viscosity, the floor stand 7 and the pad installation device 1

Next, the pad installation device 12 is made longer than the width of the floor stand 7, and both ends of the device are set to protrude from the floor stand 7, so grout refined to the optimum consistency is injected from one end. Then, the injection is controlled until the other end is full or overflowing so that no air bubbles remain inside, and then it is cured naturally while being moistened. At this time, the grout injection part is in the shape of a straight fall, so conditions are extremely good for floorable grouting, and a high-quality pad can be obtained.

In addition, the width of the bearing stand part of the floor stand 7 is 2500mm for a large rotating electric machine.
There was one that would be am, and it had to be divided due to packer manufacturing and packer hammering work. In addition, because of the long length, the accuracy of the packer was poor, and the workability of driving the packer was also poor, but in the method of the present invention, it is sufficient to be one piece, and the grouting work is easy.

(2) The setting accuracy of the pad setting device is relatively rough, so even an inexperienced worker can easily carry out the work, and it is efficient because a large number of pad setting devices can be set quickly at the same time. In addition, since it serves as a guide in the form of a straight fall during grouting, a high-quality pad that is suitable for the characteristics of grout can be obtained. Furthermore, since the pad installation device is buried, there is no need to remove the base frame as in the conventional method, which is economical as it saves time and effort.
