形成されているIC素子とを備えた方形波発生回
路であつて、 上記水晶共振子と上記一方のフリツプフロツプ
とで発振回路が形成されるとともに、上記他方の
フリツプフロツプにて1/2分周器が形成され、
該分周器を介して上記発振回路の出力周波数を分
周することにより所望周波数の方形波信号が得ら
れるようにしたことを特徴とする方形波発生回路
。 (2) 上記IC素子はC―MOS形であることを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の
方形波発生回路。 (3) 上記フリツプフロツプはD形であることを
