Claims (1)
- 充填液を容器内に充填する充填液通路と、この
充填液通路を開閉する液バルブと、充填液の充填
中に容器内のガスを外部に排出する排気通路とを
備え、上記容器を密封した状態でその内部に充填
液を充填する充填装置において、上記排気通路に
容器側から外部側へのガスの流通を許容する逆止
弁を設けるとともに、上記液バルブよりも下流側
位置において充填液通路に連通するガス通路を設
けてこれを加圧ガスの供給源に連通させ、さらに
上記容器が密封された状態で上記液バルブが開放
される前ないしはほぼ同時に上記ガス通路を開放
して、上記排気通路内に残溜する残溜液を容器側
から外部側へ排出させる開閉弁を設けたことを特
徴とする充填装置。
