て、１は入力線路、２はゲートパツド、３はゲー
トフインガー、４，５は出力線路、６，７はバイ
アス回路、８はチユーニング用マイクロストリツ
プ線路である。なお、各図中同一符号は、同一又
は相当部分を示すものとする。

- 入力マイクロ波が直進搬送される方向に、基板
上形成されたＦＥＴゲートパツドと、そのパツド
の長手方向の両側に複数個形成されたゲートフイ
ンガーと、それらゲートフインガーを各々はさみ
込むようにゲートパツドの長手方向の両側にそれ
ぞれ分離形成された出力線路とを備えたことを特
徴とするモノリシツクマイクロ波集積装置。
