Conventionally, the structure of the covering sheet in civil engineering and architectural structures that has been generally used is a single sheet of synthetic rubber or synthetic resin, or a sheet of synthetic rubber or synthetic resin with fibers, metal foil, or a thin adhesive layer for adhesion. It is a laminated sheet, and the sheet may be damaged due to external impact during or after construction or the expansion/contraction behavior of the adherend due to seasonal and day/night temperature differences, making it unable to fully perform its function as a covering sheet. The drawback was that it disappeared.

The present invention eliminates the drawbacks of conventional covering sheets, such as sheets of synthetic rubber or synthetic resin alone, or sheets laminated with fibers, metal foil, or a thin adhesive layer for bonding purposes on synthetic rubber/synthetic resin sheets.
By laminating a vulcanized rubber sheet on the top surface of a non-vulcanized rubber adhesive composition layer that can be easily deformed, and a non-vulcanized rubber sheet on the bottom surface, a self-adhesive adhesive composition for the purpose of airtightness and watertightness is created. The present invention provides a laminated sheet for a covering sheet having sealing performance.

The easily deformable non-vulcanized rubber adhesive composition used in the present invention includes natural rubber, butyl rubber, partially cross-linked butyl, polyisobutylene, ethylene-propylene rubber, styrene-propylene rubber, etc.
Synthetic rubber alone or a mixture of two or more such as isoprene block copolymer, thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene resin, vinyl acetate copolymer resin, natural resin such as low-molecular polyisobutylene and rosin, terbene modified product, aliphatic hydrocarbon resin. It is a viscous adhesive composition or a heat-melting adhesive composition to which aromatic petroleum resins, etc., anti-aging agents such as amine derivatives and phenol derivatives, and aggregates such as talc, calcium carbonate, and silica are added. A vulcanized rubber sheet is a synthetic rubber such as butyl rubber, polychloroprene rubber, ethylene-propylene rubber, etc. alone or a mixture of two or more, and a natural resin such as rosin, an aliphatic hydrocarbon resin, a modified terpene, and an aromatic petroleum resin. It is a vulcanized rubber sheet obtained by adding aggregates such as carbon black, talc, calcium carbonate, silica, vulcanizing agents, vulcanization aids, vulcanization accelerators, etc., to polyethylene resins, etc. Non-vulcanized rubber sheets are synthetic rubbers such as butyl rubber, partially cross-linked butyl, polyisobutylene, polychloroprene, ethylene, propylene rubber, etc. alone or a mixture of two or more, natural resins such as rosin, aliphatic hydrocarbon resins, and terpene-modified resins. body, aromatic petroleum resin,
It is a non-vulcanized rubber sheet obtained by adding aggregates such as polyethylene resin, carbon black, talc, calcium carbonate, silica, etc.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, 1 is a vulcanized rubber sheet, 2 is a non-vulcanized rubber sheet, and 3 is a non-vulcanized rubber adhesive composition layer. By using the vulcanized rubber sheet 1 as the surface layer of the laminated sheet of the present invention, it is possible to obtain a sheet surface layer with excellent impact resistance, which has low temperature dependence, is strong against external impacts, and has high tear resistance. By using the non-vulcanized rubber sheet 2 as the lower layer of the laminated sheet, a sheet that can follow the movement of the adherend can be obtained, and the sheet-like non-vulcanized rubber adhesive composition 3 is laminated in the middle. By doing so, even if the sheet is damaged due to external impact during or after construction or due to the expansion and contraction behavior of the adherend due to temperature differences between seasons and between day and night, the intermediate non-vulcanized rubber can be easily deformed. Due to the sealing properties of the adhesive composition layer 3, airtightness and watertightness can be continuously maintained.

The vulcanized rubber sheet and non-vulcanized rubber sheet used in this case have a thickness in the range of 0.5 to 3.0 mm. If the thickness of these rubber sheets is less than 0.5 mm, there is a drawback that pinholes and other scratches may occur during manufacturing before installation or during transportation. However, there are few performance advantages.

The non-vulcanized rubber adhesive composition 3 is a solvent-free or heat-melting adhesive composition. Adhesive compositions can be broadly classified into solvent-based, solvent-free, and heat-melt types depending on the molding method. Compared to solvent-based adhesives that require a drying process, productivity can be improved by shortening the production line, there is no adverse effect due to residual dilute solvent in the adhesive composition, and the adhesive composition is stable in terms of performance.

As described above, in the laminated sheet of the present invention, a vulcanized rubber sheet 1 is pasted on the top surface of the non-vulcanized rubber adhesive composition layer 3, which can be easily deformed, and a non-vulcanized rubber sheet 2 is pasted on the bottom surface. By combining them together, even if the vulcanized rubber sheet 1 is damaged due to an unexpected external impact during or after construction, the non-vulcanized rubber adhesive composition 3 located in the middle will deform and prevent the damaged area from being damaged. and performs a sufficient watertight and airtight function together with the non-vulcanized rubber sheet 2. Furthermore, even if the non-vulcanized rubber sheet 2 on the surface of the adherend is damaged due to movement of the adherend after completion of construction, the non-vulcanized rubber adhesive composition 3 located in the middle will be easily deformed. It has the characteristic of absorbing stress and permanently maintaining watertight and airtight functions without affecting the vulcanized rubber sheet 1 on the other side.
