Claims (1)
- トラツク又はバスの如き車輛の車輪本体に車輪
リムを取付ける装置であつて、車輪本体はその周
囲に複数の支持手段をもち、各支持手段が車輪軸
線とほぼ直角をなす平面内にある第一壁と、前記
第一壁から直角に延在する第二壁と、前記第一壁
と第二壁の両方の壁に延び入る連続したほぼL型
のみぞ穴を形成する手段とを有し、T型ヘツドを
もつボルトを備え、前記みぞ穴の寸法を適切に定
めて、T型ヘツドの短い方の寸法部分は通過でき
るが長い方の寸法部分は通過できないようなもの
となして、T型ヘツドをみぞ穴に挿入して90°
回し、T型ヘツド底面をみぞ穴の両側で第一壁の
内面と接触させることができるように構成した、
車輪本体に車輪リムを取付ける装置において、座
金を備え;前記第一壁が前記みぞ穴の一側に第一
肩部をそして他側に第二肩部を形成する手段をも
ち、前記第一肩部と第二肩部は前記車輪軸線から
半径方向に離れて前記第一壁中の前記みぞ穴の一
端近くにありかつ前記第一壁と第二壁の接合個所
に隣接しかつ前記座金を位置決めするためにこの
座金に掛合し、かつ前記座金の外径より小さい距
離だけ離間しており、前記第一肩部の高さは前記
座金の厚さより大きく、前記第二肩部の高さは前
記座金の厚さより小さく;前記ボルトは前記第一
壁と前記第二肩部の合計厚さにほぼ等しい距離だ
け前記ヘツド底面から離間して前記ボルトを貫通
する直径方向の孔を画成する手段をもち、前記孔
の軸線は前記ヘツドの長い方の寸法部分から約3
0°の角度だけ角度をずらせた位置にあり;前記
座金が前記第一壁から離れて前記ボルトに沿つて
軸線方向に動くのを防止するために前記孔に挿入
される割コツタピンからなる留め手段を備え、前
記割コツタピンの一方の脚部はほぼ正弦曲線形状
をなしていることを特徴とする車輪本体に車輪リ
ムを取付ける装置。
