    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 銀行預金通帳届出印等表示用プレート２と、透
    明保護フイルム３とを備えており、保護フイルム
    ３の中央部がプレート被覆非接着部４となされ、
    保護フイルム３の周縁部に、裏面に接着剤層６ａ
    を有する表記部６が形成せられるとともに、非接
    着部４と表記部６との間の部分に、裏面に改ざん
    防止用接着層５ａを有する改ざん防止部５が形成
    され、保護フイルム３に、改ざん防止部５の外周
    縁に沿う一部切欠き環状形の切離し用主ミシン目
    ８が施されるとともに、この主ミシン目８の両端
    に連なりかつ表記部６側に延長する切離し用副ミ
    シン目９が施されて、改ざん防止部５に連なる摘
    み上げ用凸部１０が形成されている銀行預金通帳
    届出印等の表示具。
