The present invention relates to a hair rinse composition, specifically a hair rinse composition.
The present invention relates to a hair rinse composition containing an ammonium salt and an anionic phosphate ester active agent. Hair rinses containing quaternary ammonium salts such as distearyldimethylammonium chloride as an active ingredient have been used for rinsing in order to eliminate various harmful effects after hair washing. The purpose of hair rinse agents is to impart flexibility, smoothness, antistatic properties, etc. to the hair.
A sufficient effect on flexibility and smoothness cannot be obtained by using only grade ammonium salt. Therefore, in order to improve these drawbacks, conventional hair rinses include:
It was common to blend oils and fats such as higher alcohols, glycerides, and liquid paraffin. That is, an emulsified dispersion system of a suitable oil or fat and a quaternary ammonium salt was considered to be the most preferable. However, quaternary ammonium salts do not have the ability to stably emulsify and disperse a sufficient amount of oils and fats to be effective, so a more hydrophilic nonionic active agent is blended to improve the emulsification and dispersion system. Attempts were made to keep it stable. However, since highly hydrophilic nonionic surfactants have the effect of significantly reducing the rinsing effect, hair rinses containing highly hydrophilic nonionic surfactants do not work well when combined with quaternary ammonium salts and fats and oils. However, the original rinsing effect could not be fully exhibited. Therefore, the present inventor has improved the shortcomings of conventional hair rinse agents, and has made it possible to stably emulsify and disperse sufficient amounts of oils and fats such as higher alcohols, glycerides, and liquid paraffin without using nonionic surfactants. As a result of intensive research to obtain a hair rinse agent with excellent rinsing effect, the fourth
If an anionic phosphate ester active agent represented by the following general formula () is combined with a class ammonium salt, the above-mentioned drawbacks of conventional hair rinses can be improved, and the product can provide excellent smoothness and smoothness to the hair. The present invention was completed based on the discovery that a hair rinse agent that can impart flexibility and is stable over a long period of time can be obtained. [Formula] (m R's are the same or different and represent hydrogen or a methyl group, m
represents an integer of 7 to 40), Y represents hydrogen, an alkali metal, alkyl-substituted ammonium or hydroxyalkyl-substituted ammonium, and B represents an AM group or Y] Therefore, the present invention is applicable to the above general formula (). One or more anionic phosphate ester activators represented by [Component (A)] and one or more quaternary ammonium salts represented by the formula () described below [Component (B)] are essential. The present invention provides a hair rinse agent composition containing the present invention as an ingredient. The number m of added moles of alkylene oxide in the anionic phosphate ester activator of formula () used in the present invention is preferably 7 to 40, particularly preferably 10 to 25.
Examples of the alkylene oxide to be added include ethylene oxide and propylene oxide, and these may be added alone or both may be added in a desired ratio. Preferred examples of the anionic phosphate ester activator of formula () used in the present invention include polyoxyethylene (20) isostearyl phosphoric acid and its sodium salt, oleyl phosphoric acid and its triethanolamine salt, polyoxyethylene (20) Ethylene (10)
Lauryl phosphoric acid and its sodium salt, polyoxypropylene (15) lauryl phosphoric acid and its triethanolamine salt, polyoxyethylene (15)
Examples include polyoxypropylene (10) lauryl phosphate and its sodium salt, di[polyoxyethylene (10) lauryl] phosphate and its triethanolamine salt, and the like. The anionic phosphate ester active agent is preferably blended in an amount of 0.1 to 20% by weight (hereinafter simply referred to as %), particularly 0.5 to 5%, based on the total amount of the hair rinse composition. Further, the quaternary ammonium salt is represented by the following general formula (). (In the formula, 1 to 2 of R 1 , R 2 , R 3 and R 4 represent a long chain alkyl group or a long chain hydroxyalkyl group having 8 to 20 carbon atoms, and the rest are alkyl groups having 1 to 3 carbon atoms. , a hydroxyalkyl group, a benzyl group, or a polyoxyethylene group having a total number of added moles of 10 or less, and X represents a halogen atom or an alkyl sulfate group having 1 to 2 carbon atoms) Preferred quaternary ammonium salts include: For example, distearyldimethylammonium chloride, stearyltrimethylammonium methosulfate, N-stearyl-N,N,N-
Examples include tri(polyoxyethylene)ammonium chloride (3 moles added in total), cetyltriethylammonium bromide, stearyldimethylammonium chloride, and the like. This quaternary ammonium salt is preferably blended in an amount of 0.1 to 20%, particularly 0.5 to 5%, based on the total amount of the hair rinse composition. The hair rinse composition of the present invention is prepared by mixing an anionic phosphate ester active agent () and a quaternary ammonium salt (), and dissolving or dissolving the mixture in an appropriate solvent such as water, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, or glycerin. Prepared by dispersing. In this case, use organic acids such as citric acid and lactic acid, inorganic acids such as phosphoric acid and hydrochloric acid, or inorganic alkalis such as caustic soda, and triethanol so that the pH of the 5% solution is 3 to 8, which is the same as that of regular hair rinses. Preferably, it is adjusted with an organic alkali such as an amine. Furthermore, if necessary, fatty acid higher alcohols, lanolin oils, esters, liquid paraffin, higher fatty acids, fats and oils such as silicone oils, bactericides, fragrances, etc. can be added and blended as appropriate. Next, an example will be given and explained. Example 1 Hair rinses A (target) and B with the following formulations
Dissolve 10g of the product of the present invention in 500ml of water, add a bundle of hair (20cm long,
Two pieces (weighing 20 g: hereinafter referred to as tresses) were immersed for 30 seconds and rinsed with running water for 30 seconds. This was drained with a towel, and the following evaluations were made regarding tress when wet and when it was left at room temperature for half a day and dried.

[Table] Evaluation method: Smooth, soft feel: 10 female panelists were asked to touch the tresses treated with A and B and judge which one was better in terms of feel. Combing force: The tress was hung on a strain gauge and combed with a commercially available bacterial comb (interval ~1 mm) at a speed of 1 second each time, and the force applied to the tress was measured. Hair fly: 25 tresses measured by combing force
After leaving it in a room at ℃ and 25% RH for one day, the degree of hair fly was examined when brushing the tresses with a nylon brush, and those that occurred were marked with an x, and those that did not were marked with an ○. Result:
