該円筒体外面に熱交換的に配設され外面に平坦面
を構成する熱良導性ブロツクと、該ブロツクの前
記平坦面に熱交換的に設けた熱電冷却素子と、前
記ブロツク下方の前記円筒体側壁に形成したガス
流入部と、前記円筒体下端に形成した排水部とか
ら成り、前記流入部からガスを吸引し前記円筒体
内を上昇せしめる様構成した事を特徴とする除湿
