過させつつ前記導入口および導出口を通して前記
加熱炉との間を循環させる送風機と、前記ケーシ
ングの内部にそのケーシングの長さ方向に沿つて
配設されて、ケーシング内を通過する冷却用ガス
を冷却する冷却管とを具備してなることを特徴と
