The IC has a built-in power supply induction circuit shown in Figure 4.
When the card 1 is inserted, this power supply induction circuit generates a rectangular wave by the oscillation circuit 61 and applies it to the drive circuit 62 and the drive circuit 63 in mutually opposite phases. Drive circuit 62.6:
Since these are increased and applied to the primary coil 64 with an iron core, a current is induced in the secondary coil 5 on the IC card 1 side. This induced current is rectified by a rectifier 21VC in the rectifier circuit 2 shown in FIG. 3, smoothed by a capacitor 22, and is then applied to a reference voltage vcc11! by a Zener diode 23 for voltage stabilization. - is connected to the IC 3 in the IC card 1 and the external terminal 4 via diodes 24 and 25 for preventing backflow. The IC3 is composed of a microprocessor and a memory, and when the IC card 1 is inserted into the digital driving recorder 8, information such as vehicle speed, engine speed, mileage, key human power data, etc. is written by the digital driving recorder 8. It will be done. Further, when the interface section 6VC is inserted, information is exchanged with the IC3, and these are performed via the external terminal 4. In other words, the external terminal 4 includes a reception terminal 4a composed of a light receiving diode 41 and a drive circuit 42, and a transmission terminal 4 composed of a light emitting diode 44 and a drive circuit 43.

When receiving, the receiving terminal 4a receives an optical signal emitted from the digital driving recorder 8 or a corresponding one of the transmitting terminal 4b of the interface section 6 through the light receiving diode 41, amplifies it through the driving circuit 42, and sends it to the IO3. Input as electrical number 13 to the microprocessor. Next, when transmitting data from the IC card to the data pf digital operation recorder 8 or the inotaph face section 6Vc,
The electric signal output from the microprocessor in the IO3 is amplified by the drive circuit 43r of the transmission terminal 4b, converted into an optical signal by the issuing diode 51, and transmitted.
