Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the IC card of a complete non-contact by obtaining a supply of a power source into an IC card from the induced current of a non-contact, and also sending and receiving the information by an external terminal using light emitting/light receiving diodes. CONSTITUTION:An IC card 1 is loaded with an integrated circuit (IC) 3 consisting of a recording medium and a microprocessor, and provided with an external terminal 4 for connecting this circuit and an external information equipment, a secondary coil 5 for inducing a current by an induced electric field from the external information apparatus, and a rectifying circuit 2 for rectifying a current induced by the secondary coil 5. On both faces of a substrate 12, a wiring 51 of the secondary coil 5 is printed in a shape of a loop. The IC 3 is connected to driving circuits 42, 43 by a wiring 13, and the driving circuits 42, 43 drive a light receiving diode 41 and a light emitting diode 44. Also, a current which has been induced in a loop-shaped wiring is rectified and used as a power source, and input/output information of the IC card is sent and received to and from the outside by an optical coupling system by the light emitting and photodetecting diodes.

誘起される。この誘起電流は第3図の整流回路2内の整
流器21VCより整流されコンデンサ22によって平滑

より基準電圧vcc11!−されて、逆流防止用のダイ
オード24.25を介し、ICカード1内のIC3およ
び外部端子4に供結される。IC3はマイクロプロセッ
サとメモリにより構成されており、ICカード1がデジ
タル運行記録計8に挿入された場合はデジタル運行記録
計8により車速、エンジン回転数、走行距離、キー人力
データ等の情報が書き込まれる。また、インターフェー
ス部6VC挿入されているときはIC3との間で情報の
授受が行なわれるが、これらは外部端子4を介して行な
われる。即ち外部端子4にば受光ダイオード41と駆動
回路42により構成される受信用端子4aと1発光ダイ
オード44と駆動回路43から構成される送信用端子4
