スクリーム下層の内部に上記かき氷層の少なくと
も一部が侵入した状態になつていることを特徴と
する組合せ冷菓。 (2) かき氷層におけるかき氷シロツプ中の安定
剤含有量が0.4重量%に設定されている実用新
