- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) アイスクリームが下層に、かき氷層がこの
アイスクリーム下層の上に一体的に形成され、少
なくとも上記アイスクリーム下層がコーンカツプ
に収容されている組合せ冷菓であつて、上記アイ
スクリーム下層の内部に上記かき氷層の少なくと
も一部が侵入した状態になつていることを特徴と
する組合せ冷菓。 (2) かき氷層におけるかき氷シロツプ中の安定
剤含有量が０．４重量％に設定されている実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の組合せ冷菓。
