Claims (1)
- ハウジングの軸孔内周に気密的に嵌着される環
状の金属ケースと、３フツ化もしくは４フツ化エ
チレン樹脂等を主材料とし、外径部が前記ケース
内に気密的に保持された漏斗状のリツプ部材とよ
りなり、軸方向密封流体側へ突出するごとく屈曲
変形してなる該リツプ部材の内径部が、回転軸の
外周面に適宜面圧をもつて摺接することにより、
密封流体の漏洩を阻止するリツプシールにおいて
、前記リツプ部材の密封流体側となる表面に、少
なくとも内径部が厚肉に形成されたゴム様弾性材
製の補助シートを被着してなることを特徴とする
リツプシール。
