It takes more than an hour, and if the formwork is changed on the same day and different-shaped blocks are produced, the operating efficiency will be significantly reduced, so the various different-shaped blocks that will be installed at several different construction sites are molded all at once. Means for solving the problem> The laminated material feeding device for the molding machine of the present invention is provided with a weighing box 12 dedicated to each material, which has a hole 13 with a volume equal to the volume of each material to be laminated, and a shutter that closes the bottom surface of the hole 13. The above-mentioned measuring box for the bottom layer is connected to the above-mentioned sliding phone of the material concerned.
(- After applying the material directly below the sliding end and filling the hole with the material, move the weighing box directly above the formwork, open the shutter 9 and drop the material into the formwork to prevent vibrations. Then, in the same way, drop the upper layer materials one by one into the formwork and stack them, filling only the top layer material directly to the top of the formwork with a sliding hone. be.

A mounting/detaching device 16 is provided for positioning the press plate with respect to the mold hole of the mold and assembling it on the mold, and a guiding device 25 for guiding the material to the mold and onto the molding area and a holding device for the mold are provided. This made it easier to replace the formwork and press plate.

その製品を示す。<Function> A sliding hopper is placed from each parent hopper placed on the outside of the formwork and containing stacked dissimilar materials to -F of the weighing pan having a hole with a volume equal to the volume of the hopper. The material is weighed by moving it back and forth into each punched hole, and the material filled in this hole is moved while being held in the hole by a shutter, and when it reaches just above the formwork, the shutter is opened. The process of supplying the weighed material into the formwork, flattening it by vibration or press as necessary, and supplying the next material is repeated, and the top layer is directly filled to the top of the formwork with a sliding hopper for laminated molding. Yes 0 Also, when replacing the press plate and formwork, it is necessary to align the press plate accurately with the mold hole of the formwork, carry it from under the press machine to the opposite supply material and forming area, and then lower the press machine. ,
Raise the formwork to bring the press plate and press equipment close together,
The drive device is activated to connect the attachment/detachment devices provided on both sides, and the formwork is held in the material supply and molding area, thereby supplying material to the press plate and the molding machine, and connecting the mold hole of the formwork held in the molding area. The press plate and the mold can be installed in the molding machine at the same time by accurately aligning them in the vertical direction. shows.

F indicates the sliding floor surface. The sliding hopper 10 immediately returns to its original position, and the weighing box 12, together with the attached shutter 9, slides on the sliding floor surface F' and reaches the top of the formwork 2, resulting in the state shown in FIG. Then, when the shutter 9 is opened, the material in the punch hole 13 of the weighing box 12 falls into the forming fffll of the formwork 2, as shown in FIG. Then, the vibrator 11 is activated to flatten the surface of the material, and if necessary, the press device 5 is also lowered to apply pressure.

For the uppermost layer, the molding section 1 of the formwork 2 only needs to be completely filled with material, so there is no need to use the weighing pan 12 to measure the material. Conventional sliding hopper 10
If the excess material than the required amount is advanced onto the formwork 2 and returned, the upper surface of the molding section 1 is filled with the material. The subsequent vibration, pressurization, and demolding processes are the same as before.

After assembling the press mold on the mold frame and releasing the attachment/detachment device 16 by the drive device 17, the left and right rods 48 are moved forward from the retreated position to the maximum. As a result, the front end of each rod 48 or the tip of the claw pieces 49, 49 pushes the rear end plate of the formwork, causing the engaging portion 36 of the formwork to escape from the left and right rails and transfer onto the conveying device 25. . To install the next formwork inside the molding frame, the left and right rods are moved backward a little and stopped, the guides 28 are advanced, the claws of the claw pieces 49 are opened, and the next formwork is placed on the conveying device. When it is brought in, move the left and right rods forward as far as possible, hook the left and right sides of the rear end plate of the formwork with your claws, and move the left and right rods backward. The rest is as described above.
