(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 方形ブロックの隣り合う2面に異色表層
を配するコンクリートブロック成形方法において、底面
パレットで受ける中央に仕切板を設けた上部開放の方形
型孔を2個並設する型枠本体に基層材料を上方より充填
した後、この基層材料の上面及び仕切板の両側一定幅分
を降下する分割型加圧体で、その両側固定加圧板部の押
圧と段階繰出しの前記仕切板を挟み込む下端まで達する
中央可動加圧板部の押圧排除並びに型枠本体自体に加わ
る振動で表層厚分だけ圧縮し基層固めとし、分割型加圧
体の上昇後退で2面連続した表層間隙を形成し、この各
方形型孔の2面表層間隙に表層材料を上方より充填し、
表層材料を再度降下する分割型加圧体の両側固定加圧板
部と下面を揃えた中央可動加圧板部の押圧並びに型枠本
体自体に加わる振動で固め2個の表層付きブロックを一
挙に形成し、この後分割型加圧体を更に型枠本体内に繰
込み同期して下降する底面パレット上に2面表層付きブ
ロック製品を型抜きさせることを特徴とする表層付きコ
ンクリートブロック成形方法。

両外端可動加圧板部の押圧排除並びに型枠本体自体に加
わる振動で表層厚分だけ圧縮し基層固めとし、分割型加
圧体の上昇後退で3面連続した表層間隙を形成し、この
各方形型孔の3面表層間隙に表層材料を上方より充填
し、表層材料を再度降下する分割型加圧体の下面を揃え
た両側固定加圧板部と中央可動加圧板部及び両外端可動
加圧板部の押圧と型枠本体自体に加わる振動で固め2個
の表層付きブロックを一挙形成し、この後分割型加圧体
を更に型枠内に繰込み同期して下降する底面パレット上
に3面表層付きブロックを型抜きさせることを特徴とす
る表層付きコンクリートブロック成形方法。

第二降下を取ることを特徴とする表層付きコンクリート
ブロック成形型枠。

第二降下を取ることを特徴とする表層付きコンクリート
ブロック成形型枠。
