Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the apparatus light in weight and in compact size, and reduce noise by forming a push means with a plate parts capable of bending, and by constituting said plate parts so as to move forward in a direction of flowing out the titled adhesive against a back pressure of a piston body. CONSTITUTION:When a trigger 27 is pulled, the switch 29 is turned ON, thereby rotating a motor 54 at a prescribed speed. As an output axis 59 is fixed to the motor 54 through a clutch plate 53, the rotating speed of the motor reduces, and said speed is transferred to a rotating body 4, thereby winding a wire 5 round it. By winding the wire 5, a flat spring 3 moves forward within a U- shape groove 52 through a roller 44 while rotating counterclock-wise, thereby moving forward the push plate. The flat spring does not bend over the prescribed allowable range even if in case of generating back pressure of the adhesive in the cartridge 1. The flat spring can inject smoothly the adhesive of the cartridge 1 through the nozzle.

``Prior art'' Conventionally, a cartridge filled with a coagulating or hardening organic or inorganic composition, adhesive, plasticizer, food material, or other thickening agent having tonal properties is held in a cartridge mounting part on the device side. After that, the thickening agent is poured out from the tip nozzle by pressing the piston body fitted on the bottom side of the cartridge using a pressing means that can move forward and backward in a linear direction. The device is already known, and this type of pouring device is generally called a caulking gun, and is often used to fill cracks in buildings, seal gaps, and treat joints during painting. Due to the nature of such caulking guns, it is necessary for the operator to hold and operate them, so there is a strong demand for them to be smaller, lighter, easier to operate, and more reliable in operation.

In order to satisfy this request, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 137-1983
In 4135, a rack rod that converts the rotational motion of a DC motor driven by a built-in battery power source into linear motion via a pinion is used as a pressing means, and the piston body is pushed through a pressing plate attached to the tip of the rack rod. A thickener dispensing device configured to press has been proposed.

"Problems to be Solved by the Invention" However, in this prior art, the length of the rack rod must be at least longer than the length of the cartridge, and the rack rod is configured to protrude greatly toward the rear of the operating section when the cartridge is installed. Axial direction (rack rod advancement/retraction direction)
There are problems in that the length is longer than necessary, the overall shape is bulky, and the operability and weight balance are poor.

In order to eliminate this drawback, a second rack rod is disposed between a pair of rack rods arranged in parallel, and the second rack rod is configured so that when the pair of rack rods is advanced to a predetermined position, the rear rack rod 2 moves forward. A technique using a so-called multi-tiered rack rod has been proposed. (Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 59-222250) Even in this prior art, since the rack rods extending linearly in the axial direction are used, the rack rods protrude to the rear of the operating section, resulting in poor operability and weight balance. This shortcoming cannot be resolved.

However, in this prior art, three rack rods are arranged in the width direction, which inevitably increases the size of the device in the width direction, increases the weight, and also has a multi-stage configuration. There are disadvantages such as a complicated structure, and all of the above conventional techniques use rack rods, which generates a lot of noise and requires a motor with a large load capacity to drive the rack rods. For this reason, there was a limit to how much weight could be reduced, and it was completely impossible to create a caulking gun that could be operated with one hand.

"Summary of the First Invention" As shown in FIG. 1, the first invention includes a pressing means for pressing the piston body 2 fitted on the bottom side of the cartridge l, which is formed of a plate-like member 3 whose arm can be bent. The plate-like member 3 is configured to be able to move forward in the thickener dispensing direction against the back pressure of the piston body.

In this case, the plate member 3 is generally preferably formed of a plate spring or other flat steel plate, or a plate steel plate curved along the thickening agent pouring direction, but is not necessarily limited to this.

When a fluid driving means is used as the driving means for advancing the plate-like member 3, for example, a plunger that can be expanded and contracted by fluid pressure is provided on the rear end side of the plate-like member 3. The plunger may be configured to be moved forward and backward by an integral extension and contraction operation, or if it is electrically driven using a motor, it can be wound around a rotating body 4 that is rotated at a reduced speed by the motor as shown in Fig. 1. Alternatively, the plate-shaped member 3 may be wound around a disc-shaped rotating body that rotates at a reduced speed, and the plate-shaped member 3 is moved forward by forward and reverse rotation of the rotating body. It may be configured to move forward and backward.

Now, if the plate-shaped member 3 has a predetermined thickness and the viscosity of the thickening agent filled in the cartridge l is low, the plate-shaped member 3 will resist the back pressure of the piston body and It is possible to move forward in the thickening agent dispensing direction without bending, but generally the cartridge 1 is filled with a highly viscous thickening agent, and the sliding movement between the piston body 2 and the cartridge 1 is difficult. Due to the existence of resistance, considerable back pressure is applied to the plate-like member 3 through the extrusion plate when the piston body 2 is pressed, and the plate-like member 3 is overcome by the back pressure and bends its arms greatly. The extrusion plate 9 attached to the tip cannot be moved forward, in other words, the viscosity agent cannot be poured out smoothly.

Various such configurations are possible, but for example, as shown in FIG. 1, a pair of bamboo springs 11 and 12 arranged concentrically
Using this, the large side of the bamboo shoot spring 11, 12 is fixed to the housing main body 20 side, and the tip side is fixed to the extrusion plate 9,
A narrow gap 1 formed between the bamboo shoot springs 11 and 12
By inserting the flat plate member 3 in the form of a leaf spring into the flat plate member 3, the child springs 11 and 12 prevent the arm from bending beyond a predetermined allowable width of the flat plate member 3, and the tip of the flat plate member 3 is The attached extrusion plate 9 can be moved forward, and the thickening agent can be poured out from the tip nozzle part 10.

That is, although the flat member 3 bends its arms to some extent within the cavity 13 due to the internal pressure within the cartridge 1, the arms do not bend any further because the arm bending beyond a predetermined allowable amount is prevented by the bamboo shoot springs 11 and 12. , the push-out plate 9 can be smoothly advanced against the internal pressure.

In addition, the configuration in which the plate member 3 can move forward against the back pressure of the piston body may be achieved by using a slit-shaped guide formed in the housing in place of the bamboo springs 11 and 12, or by using the flat plate member 3. A vertical plate member erected perpendicularly to the abdominal surface of the plate member 3 is used, and the vertical plate member is configured to be able to expand or contract together with the flat plate member 3 extending following the advancement of the extrusion plate 9. Any configuration is included within the technical scope of the present invention.

"Effects of the First Invention" As described above, according to the present invention, a plate spring or other plate member 3 is used instead of a rack rod as a means for pressing the piston body 2 fitted on the bottom side of the cartridge 1. This makes it possible to achieve a significant weight reduction, and since the arm of the plate-like member 3 is bendable, when the push-out plate 9 attached to the distal end of the plate-like member 3 is retracted, the plate-like member 3 can be moved behind the operating section. not,
It is possible to store the water by winding it around a disc-shaped coil body, or it can also be stored by rotating it in a U-shape as shown in the second invention described below. Therefore, it is possible to achieve a significant improvement in operability due to miniaturization and good weight balance, and it is possible to realize a thickener dispensing device that can be operated with one hand for the first time with the present invention.

Further, the flat member 3 generally moves forward via a deceleration means 4 that decelerates the driving force of the motor 54, that is, the piston body 2
In the device configured to be able to press the deceleration means 4 and the motor 54, the deceleration means 4 and the motor 54 are connected concentrically, and the flat member (3) is moved forward by the rotational movement of the deceleration means (4). By configuring this, further miniaturization can be achieved.

At this time, since the leaf spring is inserted into the gap formed between the bamboo shoot springs 11 and 12, even if back pressure of the thickening agent inside the cartridge 1 is generated, the leaf spring will not curve beyond the predetermined allowable width. This allows the thickener in the cartridge 1 to be smoothly poured out from the nozzle by overcoming the back pressure.

As a result, the rotary body 4 in which the speed reduction mechanism is built becomes free, and as described above, the rotary body 4 rotates slightly in the opposite direction, preventing the cartridge 1 from sagging and reducing the O-ring. Further retraction can be suppressed by the braking action of 65, and as a result, the wire 5 is prevented from slacking, and the next pouring operation can be performed promptly.

After the extrusion is completed, by releasing the trigger 27, the rotating body 4 becomes free, and by retracting the extrusion plate 9 in this state, the bamboo springs 11 and 12 are contracted, and the leaf spring member 3 is retracted. While moving around inside the U-shaped groove 52 and pulling the wire 5, it moves to the tip side of the rectangular space 34, so the rotating body 4 follows this and rotates while unwinding the wire 5. These can be easily returned to their original positions.
