Daylighting devices come in a variety of structures, but they all have one thing in common: They are generally assembled into a rectangular rod shape to secure the daylighting board and prevent wind and rain from entering the room. The support cradle is tightly assembled using a plurality of differently shaped components.

Therefore, many steps are required to complete the work, such as assembling the support frame, fixing the glass, and installing it on the fixed frame.
Since these tasks were performed at high places on the roof, there was a high risk of workers falling.

Furthermore, due to the temperature difference between indoors and outdoors, condensation occurs on the inner surface of the lighting panel, and this condensation becomes droplets that fall indoors and wet the stored products, installed machines, floors, etc.

In order to prevent the formation of condensation and the falling of droplets, the support frame is equipped with means for discharging the generated condensation to the outside, and these means are provided separately from the structure that fixes the lighting plate. The assembly and installation work and configuration of the pedestal were even more complicated.

In addition, in the case of an independent daylighting device, whether a flat plate or a dome-shaped daylighting board, the daylighting surface is one surface and is installed in a flat shape, making it impossible to select the direction of daylighting and partially block it.

In view of the various problems of the conventional daylighting device described above, the present invention has been developed by forming a supporting frame by bending a single metal plate into a chevron shape, forming daylighting windows on both inclined surfaces, and attaching the daylighting plate to the daylighting window. To provide a support pedestal for a daylighting device that can be easily fitted and installed on a fixed pedestal by simplifying the overall configuration.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention forms lighting windows 3 on both inclined surfaces of a metal substrate 2 bent in a chevron shape from the center, and connects connecting parts 4 below both lighting windows 3 by bending them downward in an L-shape. At the same time, connecting plates 5 are bent and erected on the oblique edges of the substrate 2 on both sides of each daylighting window 3, and a daylighting plate made of glass, synthetic resin, etc. can be tightly fitted into the daylighting window 3. It is characterized by what it did.

That is, rectangular lighting windows 3 are punched out from a flat metal substrate 2 at symmetrical positions on both sides from its center line, and the substrate 2 is bent into a chevron shape along the center line. Therefore, lighting windows 3 are formed on both sides of the slope of the substrate 2, and below both lighting windows 3, a connection part 4 to a known fixing member (not shown) is folded downward into a 5-shape. Furthermore, connecting plates 5 are bent and erected at the inclined edges of the substrate 2 on both sides of each lighting window 3.This connecting plate 5 is connected to the substrate 2.
It also serves as reinforcement and maintains the overall shape of the chevron.

The above shape is constructed from a single metal plate. Note that a valley-shaped groove is formed between the tops of adjacent connecting plates 5, but this may be left as is, or a metal plate of the same quality may be fitted into the valley-shaped groove and welded as shown in the figure. It may be fixed.

The ridge cover 12 is made by bending a metal plate having the length between the connecting plates 5 on both sides into a triangular shape at the center in the longitudinal direction so that it can be overlapped with the ridge part 10, and the lower part of the sloped surfaces on both sides covers the upper part of the lighting plate 7. It can be bent and shaped so that it can be bent (see Figure 5).

Further, the side cover 13 is formed in a shape symmetrical to the connecting plate 5 on the inner surface of the metal triangular cover unit 14 that can cover the entire space surface 11 from the triangular contour formed by the adjacent connecting plates 5. A connecting member 15 made of a square pipe is fixed together, and a cover 1 is attached on the opposite side from the connecting member 15.
4 has a shape in which a downward L-shaped draining plate 16 is bent and connected.

The above-mentioned connecting member 15 of the side cover 13 and the connecting plate 5 of the support frame 1 are brought into contact with each other facing each other, and the two are fixed with screws, bolts, or the like. The connecting portion between the connecting member 15 and the connecting plate 5 is covered with a connecting cover 17 that is made of a metal member and has a downward U-shaped cross section and is entirely chevron-shaped.

In addition, the connecting member 15 also serves as reinforcement for the cover unit 14,
This is not necessarily required as long as the cover unit 14 has sufficient robustness, and in this case, the cover unit 14 and the connecting plate 5 may be directly connected and fixed, for example, via a backing.

As explained above, the support frame 1 of the present invention is made by bending a single metal plate into a chevron shape, and forming lighting windows 3 on both inclined surfaces, and fitting the lighting plate 7 into the lighting windows 3. Since the triangular space surfaces 11 on both sides are covered with the side covers 13, the base of the daylighting device can be formed with only a single frame. Therefore, its shape and structure are extremely simple, it is easy to manufacture, and it can be assembled into a daylighting device in a short time.

Further, the support frame 1 is formed in a chevron shape, and the inclined surfaces on both sides are used as lighting surfaces, so that although it is an independent lighting device, it has two lighting surfaces and can increase the amount of lighting.

Furthermore, since a single daylighting device has two daylighting surfaces, depending on the directionality of the daylighting surface, it is possible to block one daylighting surface and let in light only from the other daylighting surface. This is effective, for example, when storing food or medicine in a warehouse where you do not want the interior to become hot due to solar heat, or when you want to block the sunlight on the south side and only let in natural light from the sunlight on the north side. . In addition, to always block one side of the lighting surface,
The lighting window may be covered with a metal plate or an opaque synthetic resin plate instead of the lighting plate, or the lighting window itself may not be formed on one side. Furthermore, if one side of the lighting surface is to be blocked as necessary, a suitable shielding plate may be attached to and removed from the upper surface of the lighting plate 7.

Furthermore, since the lighting surface is formed in an inclined shape, even if dew condensation occurs on the inner surface of the lighting plate 7 due to temperature differences between indoors and outdoors, this condensation tends to flow down along the sloped surface. If a draining plate is provided on the lower side of the connecting portion 4 as shown by the chain line in , the falling droplets can be discharged to the outside through this draining plate, making it easy to drain condensation.
