In floor heating base plates having this type of structure, the former has disadvantages in that the synthetic resin foam deteriorates due to heat and the plywood deforms significantly due to heat after long-term use. Moreover, in addition to the above-mentioned drawbacks, the latter often suffers from breakdowns due to disconnection, and has various practical disadvantages.

In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention arranges surface heating pipes, which serve as surface heating elements, in parallel or in series in the recesses of a noncombustible board that does not change in size and has good heat insulation properties, and heats the opening surface of the recesses. The structure is closed so that it can be opened and closed using a non-combustible decorative board with good conductivity.

In the present invention, a non-combustible board made of inorganic heat-insulating material that does not undergo dimensional deformation and is rich in fire retardant properties is provided on the necessary portions of the floor, and surface heating pipes can be easily attached and removed on this non-combustible board, and any number of them can be installed in a guided state. The surface is closed with a decorative plate and reinforcing plate that can be opened and closed, which greatly reduces heat radiation to the underfloor area and makes effective use of the heat. It can retain heat for hours, is durable and safe, and has no dimensional changes (including deformation such as warping), and even if water leaks onto the floor, there will be no adverse effect on performance. It does not give a tongue.

[Example] An example of the floor heating base plate according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram showing a representative example of the above invention, in which the upper part is a floor heating base board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board), 1 is a noncombustible board made of an insulating material,
It mainly houses the surface heating pipe 1 and also functions as a heat insulating material, a reinforcing material, and a noncombustible material. Examples of such materials include ALC boards, boards made of inorganic foam particles integrally molded with an inorganic binder, foamed concrete, foamed gypsum, foamed mortar boards, foamed calcium silicate boards, or reinforcing materials such as glass fibers, asbestos fibers, and aggregates. It has a configuration in which one of the following types is mixed together. As for its shape), the thickness is 0 to 50 mm, and the maximum size is 900
A recess 3 was formed in a flat plate of about 1800 mu as shown in Fig. 1, and a guide part 4 was formed on the bottom of the recess 3 as shown in Fig. 2 (al, (b)) to accommodate a surface heating pipe 2 to be described later. Of course, although not shown, it is also possible to form the guide portion 4 into a planar trough-like cross section, and form the bottom surface as shown in FIG. 2(b). Note that 5 is a backing material; 6 is a terminal. Surface heating pipe 2 is shown in Fig. 3 (aj
It is formed as shown in ~(C), and has an angle of about 150°.
The temperature is below C. Its structure consists of electrically resistive particles in the hollow part of a cylindrical insulating pipe 8! (hereinafter simply referred to as heat-generating particles) is filled according to the required amount and heat generation amount, and the opening surface is closed with an electrode 7a. To explain further, the exothermic particle size is 1 to 300 mesosci of core particles such as sand, gravel, obsidian, gemstone, etc., or one or more types of granules with a particle size of 3 to 10 fin diameter. The outer surface is coated with a coating film (hereinafter simply referred to as coating film) 11 made of conductive paint. In particular, the coating film 11 is preferably baked. The conductive paint is composed of a conductor 12 such as nickel powder, copper powder, silver powder, etc., a binder 13 made of acrylic resin, etc., and electrical resistance powder 14 made of one or more types of carbon black, nichrome powder, etc. The ratio of the conductor 12 to the binder 13 is 80%:20%, and the electrical resistance powder 14 is added in an amount necessary to raise the temperature to a predetermined value. Reference numeral 15 denotes a non-combustible decorative board which is attached to the opening surface of the concave portion 3 of the non-combustible board so that it can be opened and closed via a hinge 16, a handle 17, etc. A protective sheet 18 protects the surface heating pipe 2 and has a sealing material function and a fire prevention function, and is made of one or more types of glass fiber nonwoven fabric, phenol resin sheet, rubber sheet, etc., for example. Of course, the hinge 16 and handle 17 are provided as necessary. A rug 19 is made of one or more types of foam sheets, carpets, tatami mats, etc., and is provided as necessary.

Next, a construction example will be explained. Assume now that the board shown in Figure 1 is to be installed on a wooden base floor only in the necessary areas on the floor using the conventional construction method. The other floor parts have been constructed using other materials or cement mortar so that they are flush with the board.

Therefore, as shown in Figure 4, the back side of the non-combustible board is placed on top of the floor joist A, or the back side of the non-combustible board is in contact with the roof board B.
The heated floor is completed simply by laying a rug 19, such as a cushion floor or carpet, on top of it. Note that the electrode 7a is simply connected to a socket or the like that is wired under the floor or on the board to the position where it is to be installed. Further, in FIG. 4, C indicates a case where a moisture-proof sheet is laid on the roofing board B as necessary.

As mentioned above, according to the floor heating base plate according to the present invention,
■There is no dimensional change and it is stable over a long period of time. ■Since the surface heating pipe can be easily installed and removed, the floor can generate heat at any temperature. ■It is safe because a large number of heat-generating particles are filled inside the insulated pipe, and even if the particles are partially destroyed, it does not interfere with the overall heat generation. ■Easy to install on existing floors. ■Since the board is strong, it can be installed directly on a slab or joist, and by simply laying a rug over it, it can be easily used for new or refurbished heated floors. It has the following characteristics.
