イアフラムによつて支持され、バネ部材によつて
軸方向に押圧付勢された非回転のシールリングと
、シヤフトに外挿嵌着された回転側のメイテイン
グリングが互いに密接摺動するシール機構を備え
るとともに、装着状態における前記ダイアフラム
の下部にドレン兼用通気孔を設け、前記シール機
構の外側(ブロワ側)にあつてシヤフトを軸支す
るブツシユを前記ボデイの内周に弾性的に装着し
