イアフラムによつて支持され、バネ部材によつて
軸方向に押圧付勢された非回転のシールリングと
、シヤフトに外挿嵌着された回転側のメイテイン
グリングが互いに密接摺動するシール機構を備え
るとともに、装着状態における前記ダイアフラム
の下部にドレン孔を設け、前記シール機構の外側
（ブロワ側）にあつてシヤフトを軸支するブツシ
ユを前記ボデイの内周に弾性的に装着し、さらに
装着状態における前記リテーナの上部に、前記ド
レン孔よりも流路断面積が大きく前記シール機構
とブツシユの間に介在する空間と前記ブロワ側空
間とを連通せしめる弁孔を穿ち、該両空間のうち
ブロワ側空間が負圧となつたときに前記弁孔を開
放するチエツク弁を設けてなることを特徴とする
