Abstract

PURPOSE:To markedly shorten the period of time required for adjusting the tension on a wire, by a construction wherein an arm plate is provided which has an operating piece between a driving pulley and a driven pulley, and the distance between the axes of the pulleys is varied by turning the arm plate, thereby adjusting the tension on a wire. CONSTITUTION:An operating piece 8c provided at a part of an arm plate 8 for supporting a driven pulley 7 is located between a driving pulley 6 and the driven pulley 7. Therefore, the distance between the pulleys 6 and 7 can be varied simply by turning the arm plate 8 through operating the operating piece 8c, without detaching a cabinet as in a conventional construction. Accordingly, an appropriate tension can be applied to a wire 5.
