Claims (1)
試料により変調をうけた超音波を受信検波して得
た信号を輝度情報にして超音波顕微鏡像を表示す
るように構成した超音波顕微鏡において、前記超
音波顕微鏡像上の任意の位置を選択指定する位置
指定手段と、その選択指定に関連して音響レンズ
がその指定位置に対応する試料上の位置に指向す
るように音響レンズと試料保持台を相対移動させ
る位置制御手段とを備えることを特徴とする超音
波顕微鏡。 (2) 前記位置指定手段を超音波顕微鏡像上で複
数の箇所を指定し得るように構成したことを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の超
音波顕微鏡。 (3) 前記超音波顕微鏡像上の任意の位置を選択
指定する操作を、ジヨイステツクによつて行なう
ように前記位置指定手段を構成し、このジヨイス
テツクの操作によつて得られた指定位置に関する
情報に基づいて前記位置制御手段を制御するよう
に構成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
