Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) チタン等の耐蝕性電導材よりなる支え棒１
と検出板２の接合部３を溶接域いはネジ込み等に
て固着し、検出板２の電流検出側の面を白金めつ
き等の耐蝕電導処理４にて覆い、その面及び支え
棒１の上部を除いた部分を耐蝕性の絶縁物５にて
コーテイングした事を特徴とする表面処理に於け
る槽内電流検出具。 (2) 電流検出側の耐蝕電導処理４を施した面の
周辺部に保護カバー６を取付けた事を特徴とする
実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の表面処理に
於ける槽内電流検出具。
