Claims (1)
- 金電極または白金電極をカソードとし、塩化銀
をコーテイングした銀電極をアノードとして、両
電極間にオゾン水を直接導入し、オゾンの電気分
解電流を測定する事を特徴とするオゾン水濃度計
測電極。
