しめられた後原稿画像が露光され、これにより形
成された静電潜像が図示しない現像装置により現
像されたトナー像が形成される。本発明において
は、前記ドラム1上のトナー像を転写紙に転写す
べき領域において、記録装置の給紙部から矢印A
で示すように送られて来る転写紙をドラム1に対
接するよう案内するガイド板2、トナー像を転写
紙に転移せしめるための転写極3、これに続く転
写紙をドラム1の表面から分離するため第1除電
極4及び転写紙の移動方向からみて前記転写極3
の下流側に設けた転写紙送り機構5の四者を一対
の相対向する側板6に組込んで一体の搬送ユニツ
ト7を構成せしめる。前記転写紙送り機構5は、
図示の例においては上面平坦移動路を含む移動路
に沿つて移動されるゴムベルト8と、このゴムベ
ルト8を装架した駆動ローラ9を含むローラ群
と、上面移動路のゴムベルト8上に位置された転
写紙を吸引するためのサクヨンボツクス10とよ
り成るものである。そして前記搬送ユニツト7の
一方の端部、即ち下流側上部に位置し且側板6の
外面から突出する前記駆動ローラ9の軸9′を記
録装置の機枠側板11に枢支せしめて前記搬送ユ
ニツト7全体を前記軸9′の周りに回動自在に支
持する。又前記機枠側板11には、前記搬送ユニ
ツト7の下方において回動軸12を回動自在に設
け、この回動軸12には外方に突出するカムレバ
ー13を固設すると共にこのカムレバー13の直
上方に位置するよう板バネ14を有する支持部材
15を前記側板6の下縁に固定し、前記カムレバ
ー13を起立せしめることにより搬送ユニツト7
を重力に抗して所定の位置に上昇せしめ得るよう
にし、又前記回動軸12の端部には操作レバー
(図示せず)を固設する。一方前記側板6には、
搬送ユニツト7の上流側、即ち転写紙送り機構と
反対側の搬送ユニツトの端部において上方に突出
する突部16を形成すると共に、この突部16の
上端面が当接される位置規制部材17を前記機枠
側板11に固定する。そして前記カムレバー13
が上方に起立した状態において突部16が位置規
制部材17に当接し、板バネ14が多少変位して
支持部材15を介してカムレバー13により搬送
ユニツト7が固定状態に支持されるようにする。
