Conventional methods for patterning fibrous boards include the concave-convex press method, in which patterns are directly applied to the surface of the fibrous board using a concave-convex press, and the cutting method, in which patterns are formed by cutting the surface of the fibrous board with a cutter. This was common. However, in the concave-convex press method, there is a limit to how deep the pattern can be formed, for example, the pattern depth can only be 5 mm per thickness. This has the disadvantage of causing forced deterioration in elasticity and deformation on the back side. Furthermore, although it is possible to form a deep pattern in the cutting method, there is a drawback in that it is not possible to form a fine pattern surface as in the pressing method.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned background technology, and its purpose is to create deep patterns and fine surface patterns on the surface of a fibrous substrate by using both an uneven pressing method and a cutting method. A method of patterning a fibrous board that can be formed.

A groove-shaped cutting pattern 3 with a depth of 5 mm or more is formed using a rotary cutter on the surface 2 of a fibrous substrate 1 such as a rock wool board, insulation board, etc., and then the entire surface of this cutting pattern 3 is formed. water 4a or water-soluble paint 4b is applied by boiling for 3 to 200 minutes, and a heated uneven mold 5 is provided with a textured pattern at a temperature of 200 to 300"C to match the pattern surface of the cut pattern part 3. Shut up, II! A cutting pattern part 3 with a deep pattern is formed using a one-turn cutter cutter, and water 4a or water-soluble paint 4b is applied to the entire surface of this cutting pattern part 3 to soften the surface of the fibrous substrate l. Since it is pressed with the heated uneven mold 5 so as to match the pattern surface of the patterned portion 3, a deep pattern is formed by the rotary cutter, and the rising surface and flat surface of the cut pattern portion 3 are also pressed with the heated uneven mold 5. Since it is pressed, a delicate surface pattern is formed without causing any scratches or cracks due to the addition of moisture by the water 4a or the water-soluble paint 4b.

As described above, the present invention forms a cut pattern on the surface of a fibrous substrate, coats water or a water-soluble paint on the surface of the cut pattern, and further matches the pattern surface of the cut pattern. Since the pattern is applied to the fibrous board by pressing it with a heated uneven mold, there is no chance of cracking due to compressive fracture in the cut pattern area, so the back side of the fiber plate will not be affected by the strength loss. No warping occurs.

In addition, a U and thin pattern can be formed on a raised surface or a flat surface using a heated uneven mold. Furthermore, by applying moisture during pressing, a beautiful finish can be achieved without damaging the substrate. Moreover, even if the three-dimensional pattern has a steep angle, a beautiful and delicate pattern can be formed without causing compression failure.
