[Background Wave Mountain] Various processing methods have been developed to improve the 111i value of wood. One method is to add relief-like convex patterns to wood to improve its decorativeness. Conventionally, when trying to give a convex pattern to wood, the only methods available were to TIM the pattern on the wood and make it bulge, or to carve the pattern on another piece of wood and stick it on.

[Object of the Invention] The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a method for providing a convex pattern that is at least equivalent to the above-mentioned method in large quantities, at a low cost, and quickly. The purpose is to provide an endowment method.

[Disclosure of the Invention] This invention applies a compressed concave pattern opposite to the convex pattern to be imparted to dry wood+A, cuts the concave pattern until the surface with the concave pattern becomes flat, and then absorbs moisture. It is characterized in that it is made into a convex pattern by causing it to swell.

In other words, when a concave pattern is applied to dry wood so that it undergoes plastic deformation, the wood structure is deformed and the internal space is reduced. If you cut it while it is still deformed, there will be a dent 4.
The wood structure remains plastically deformed in the area several square meters above A41. When it is moistened and swelled, it assumes the shape before plastic deformation. In this way, the convex Q-like shape is given as 111I.

This will be explained below with reference to one drawing. FIG. 1 shows a dry wood board l. However, the intention is not to limit the objects to which patterns are given to temporary objects. The +S1 degree of drying of this wood board 1 is wood (
Below the fiber saturation point where the plasticity of the fibers decreases (it is fine, but it is preferable that it be close to the dry state).A concave pattern corresponding to the convex pattern to be imparted is given to the plate 1. This state is shown in Figure 2. In this figure, 2 is a concave pattern.

For example, this concave pattern 2 can be applied to the drawing board 1 to which it is desired to be applied.
.. P and abbreviation - JjQ Using a stamp or mold with a convex pattern, ζ (and It may be applied by pressing each small section. It is not necessary to limit the number of steps. If a concave pattern with an acute angle is applied here, a convex pattern with an acute edge will be obtained. The edges are smooth. When a concave pattern is applied, a convex pattern with smooth edges can be obtained.

FIG. 3 shows the plate 3 of the treatment 1 provided with the concave pattern 2, which has been cut until the surface of the concave pattern 2 becomes flat. In other words, the applied concave pattern 2 is cut until it disappears, but depending on the degree of cutting, it is possible to give softness to the applied convex pattern.

The next step is to apply humidity control to the material prepared as described above to emboss a desired convex pattern. The humidity control method for this purpose is not particularly limited to Q. For example, simply pouring water or immersing yourself in water. Alternatively, when it is desired to shorten the process, high-temperature steam is blown (8I7111!Ii! at jG). In this way, a convex pattern 4 as shown in FIG. 4 is created.

以下、実施例に基づきさらに詳しく説明する。A more detailed explanation will be given below based on examples.

I pressed it to make a pattern like I'j. I used a plane to cut the entire board to a thickness of 7.4 mm. Finally, it was soaked in water for a day and a night. As a result, the height is approximately 2.
The saw has 17 inverted V-shaped convex patterns with 5 openings and 5 openings wide.

Example 4 Instead of the V-shape of Example 1, double Ff6 depth 2m11
A pattern was applied using a sn+ punch. Then, it was LIJ milled to a thickness of 211IIl. This board was immersed in water for a day and night. As a result, a double Pfn convex pattern with a height of 2 dragons was obtained.

[Results of the Invention] As explained above, the present invention compresses and imparts a concave pattern opposite to the convex pattern to be imparted to dry wood, and then compresses the concave pattern until the concave pattern-applied surface becomes flat. After being cut, it absorbs moisture and swells to form a convex pattern, which has the advantage that any convex pattern can be produced economically and in large quantities.
