Conventional technology Conventionally, this type of decorative laminate mainly uses softwood materials in which the hard summer wood portion is clearly visible compared to the soft spring wood portion, and the relative difference in hardness between them is relatively remarkable, and the material is made to the required thickness. With the sawn board as it is or attached to a base material such as plywood, the surface of the board is ground using a wire brush, etc. to remove the soft surface layer of the spring wood, and the remaining summer wood is removed. Manufactured by embossing.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, the softwood materials commonly used for construction, such as cedar, pine, and toga, generally have a monotonous grain, so it is difficult to apply the method described above. Even when the wood was grained, the finish was still monotonous. For example, as shown in FIG. 1A and FIG. In the decorative boards A' and B', the summer wood part 2 simply stands out and becomes thicker due to the removal of the spring wood part 1, and the wood grain pattern does not substantially change, so the appearance is different. Although it was possible to change the appearance slightly, it was still not possible to improve the monotony of the wood grain. For this reason, if you want to obtain a wood-grained decorative board with a complicated wood grain pattern called precious wood, you have to cut out the complicated wood grain part from a limited part of the large tree. However, such decorative laminates ended up being extremely expensive due to their rarity.

This invention aims to make it possible to manufacture wood-grained decorative boards with complex wood grain patterns similar to those of the above-mentioned precious woods from common original board materials with monotonous wood grains, and is therefore unique. The purpose is to provide a decorative board with excellent design at a low cost.

Means for Solving the Problems Therefore, the present invention provides a method for changing the appearance of the wood grain on the surface of the original wood board before performing the conventional graining process using a wire brush or the like. By forming a large number of linear recesses, and in particular, by intermittently bringing the serrations into contact with the board surface while sequentially shifting their locations, linear recesses consisting of countless serrations are formed in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the wood grain on the board surface. It is characterized by performing processing before forming.

The wood board used in this invention is suitably a softwood material such as pine, Japanese pine, cedar, or toga, which has a hard summer wood part and a clear appearance, and a soft spring wood part, as in the case of conventional grained decorative boards. This is used either as a sawn board or by cutting it to a thickness of about 0.4 to 3.0 mm and adhering it to a substrate such as plywood of an appropriate size.

This pre-processing to form a large number of recesses on the board surface of the wood board is carried out in order to change the appearance of the wood grain seen on the board surface. By sequentially and intermittently moving the serrations onto the board surface while vertically contacting them, linear recesses consisting of countless irregular serrations with different depths and lengths are formed on the board surface. This is done by forcing people to do something.

The wood graining process performed after the pre-processing is carried out in the same manner as in the past, and most commonly, a method of grinding while moving the board surface using a wire brush is suitably used.

First, as a pre-processing step, the wooden original board A is brought into contact with it intermittently and sequentially while vibrating the sawtooth perpendicular to the board surface, and the depth and length are adjusted in the direction perpendicular to the wood grain. , a countless number of linear recesses 3 consisting of shallow serrations with different widths etc. are formed. As shown in Fig. 6, the wooden original board A with such recesses 3 has linear recesses 3 like thick scratches with a certain width made by saw teeth irregularly on the board surface. The boundary between the spring wood portion 1 and the summer wood portion 2 has an irregular uneven shape, and the wood grain pattern recognized by the summer wood portion 2 has been changed in appearance.

The formation of the recess 3 using the sawteeth may be carried out by moving the plate material while vibrating the sawtooth as appropriate and bringing it into intermittently contact with the plate surface, as described above, or vice versa. Alternatively, the sawtooth may be fixed and the plate material may be fed while being vibrated.

Next, for the wooden original board A that has been subjected to the above pre-processing,
As in the previous example, graining is performed using a wire brush or the like. Then, by removing a portion of the soft spring wood portion 1 on the board surface, the hard spring wood portion 2 stands out, and the desired wood grain decorative board A' is obtained. This decorative board A' has a dark colored summer wood part 2 that is exposed on the board surface.
In addition to the appearance of countless light-colored scratch-like patterns on the surface of the board, the spring wood portion 1 on the original surface of the board also appears.
Regarding the boundary line between the spring wood part 1 and the summer wood part 2, where the spring wood part 1 goes under the summer wood part 2,
As shown by P 1 in Fig. 8, the wood grain exhibits a complicated boundary line where the wood grains come and go very rapidly, but conversely, the boundary line where the summer wood part 2 goes under the spring wood part 1 is Because most of the spring material with the linear concave portions 3 is removed by the graining process, a relatively smooth boundary line is created, and the uneven boundary line that goes in and out of the wood as described above is replaced by a relatively smooth boundary line. This creates a strong contrast, and the overall result is a beautiful, complex wood grain pattern.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention has been achieved by bringing sawtooths intermittently into contact with the surface of a wooden original board having wood grains while sequentially moving the saw blades intermittently to the surface of the wood board having wood grains. After pre-processing to form linear recesses consisting of serrations, the surface of the board is ground with a wire brush etc. to remove a portion of the soft spring wood and make the hard summer wood stand out. Because it is a wood-grained material, even if you use a board material with a monotonous grain such as board-grained wood or straight-grained wood, the exposed summer wood will have a complex wood grain that is irregularly deformed and jagged. It is possible to obtain a decorative wood-grained board with an appearance of It can be manufactured and provided at low cost by adding simple pre-processing.
