ンジン回転数信号と前記車輪速度検出手段より出
力された車輪速度信号と前記ローギヤ検出手段よ
り出力されたローギヤ検出信号と前記クラツチ状
態検出手段より出力されたクラツチ接続信号とを
受けて車輪速度信号が設定値以上の割合で上昇し
かつエンジン回転数が規定値以上に達した時にス
ロツトル弁制御信号とブレーキ制御信号を出力す
る演算制御手段と、 該演算制御手段より出力されたスロツトル弁制
御信号を受けてエンジンスロツトル弁を閉じてエ
ンジンの回転数を制御するスロツトル弁制御部と
、 前記演算制御手段より出力されたブレーキ制御
信号を受けてブレーキを作動制御するブレーキ制
御手段とを備えて構成したことを特徴とする急発
