  1. 液晶表示体の透明基板上にＩＣあるいはＬＳＩ
    等の駆動回路が導電性接着剤にて直接フエイスダ
    ウンボンデイングされている液晶表示装置に於い
    て、前記導電性接着剤が前記透明基板上に形成さ
    れた透明導電膜等から成る配線パターン及び前記
    透明基板の両方に跨つて接着されていることを特
    徴とする液晶表示装置。
