【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は自動車などの車輛等の座席シートの
背凭れに装着されて着座者の背筋を伸ばす如く腰
椎部附近を前方へ押し出すよう支持するランバー
サポート装置に関する。

のサポート材を横設しただけであつて、着座者の
腰椎部附近を前方へ押し出す支持力(張り出し度
合)は可変調整できるが、その支持位置を上下に
変更することができずこの為に着座者の腰椎部附
近の一定個所のみしか常に支持できず、腰椎部の
上方寄りや下方寄りを支持させたい場合は着座者
自身が姿勢を変えなければならないと云つた問題
があり、又体格が大きい人や逆に小さい人には自
分に合つた高さの支持位置のものが無く不適確な
場合が多い問題があつた。

を背凭れ外側より着座者が適当角度ずつ回転操作
する為の操作ダイヤルと、前記上下のサポート材
の一端に基端部を連結して先端部側を前記回転カ
ムの上下の円弧状長孔に摺嵌する状態で貫通せし
められた上下一対のスライド杆と、これら上下の
スライド杆の先端部側に回転自在にそれぞれ軸支
して取付けられて前記回転カムの外側面の凹・凸
面部に転接するコロとからなる構成としたことを

上下各サポート材の張り状態を選択的に緩急調整
できる張り調整機構を設けたランバーサポート装
置において、前記張り調整機構を、背凭れ内部の
一側方のフレームに対して略直交する軸線を中心
に回転可能に取付けられ且つ該軸線を中心とした
円周上に沿つて上下一対の円弧状長孔を内外側面
に貫通して有すると共に外側面に凹・凸面部を相
互に前記円周方向に隣接配置して有した円板状の
回転カムと、この回転カムを背凭れ外側より着座
者が適当角度ずつ回転操作する為の操作ダイヤル
と、前記上下のサポート材の一端に基端部を連結
して先端部側を前記回転カムの上下の円弧状長孔
に摺嵌する状態で貫通せしめられた上下一対のス
ライド杆と、これら上下のスライド杆の先端部側
に回転自在にそれぞれ軸支して取付けられて前記
回転カムの外側面の凹・凸面部に転接するコロと
からなる構成としたことを特徴とするランバーサ
