出する検出回路を備えたことを特徴とする発光素
子の検査装置。 (2) 上記検出回路は、発光素子の発光量が設定
量以上の時に点灯状態の検出信号を送出する構成
でなり、該設定量は可変制御されることを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の発光素
