する前部一側を切欠き、かつ頂壁１７の中央部と

部の連結部１９を残し破断片２０で破断可能な破
断帯２１としたカバーキヤツプ２２を、周壁１６
の下端周縁を前記装着部材１２の頂面に接面させ
て前記めねじ部材８外面に嵌着させてなる液体射
