Claims (1)
- 圧電素子を第１の支持板に貼着したエレメント
を用い、該圧電素子に荷重を加えたときに発生す
る電荷の大きさにより該荷重を計測する圧電セン
サーにおいて、該圧電素子が該荷重印加側に向く
ように該エレメントが内ケース内に出し入れ自在
に配設されるとともに該内ケース内の該エレメン
トの該第１の支持板側には第２の支持板が挿入配
置され、また該内ケースには加圧部と可撓性を有
する支持部材とからなる該エレメントへの加圧手
段が該加圧部の一方端部を該エレメントの該圧電
素子に当接するように取付けられ、一方、該内ケ
ースの外周には外ケースが囲繞され、該外ケース
には該加圧部の他方端部が貫通突出される透孔が
突設されるとともに該内ケース内に配置された該
エレメントと該第２の支持板とを密着させるため
のバイアス印加手段が形成されてなることを特徴
とする圧電センサー。
