周部側とに２分割して該外側鏡板部２ａの外周端
面と内側鏡板部２ｂの内周端面とを鏡板２の板厚
の１／２以上の半径を有する溶接面が形成される
ように夫々鏡板内周面とボス外周面とに溶着一体
化すると共に内外側鏡板部２ａ，２ｂ間の接合面
を最終の溶接部として互いに溶接、一体化してな
