    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 胴径に対する胴長寸法比が１〜２倍である比較
    的太短い形状に形成された円筒形胴部１の両端部
    内周面に肉厚の鏡板２，２を固着し、該鏡板２の
    中央にボス４を一体に溶接してなる中空回転部材
    において、鏡板２を最低応力部分で内周部側と外
    周部側とに２分割して該外側鏡板部２ａの外周端
    面と内側鏡板部２ｂの内周端面とを鏡板２の板厚
    の１／２以上の半径を有する溶接面が形成される
    ように夫々鏡板内周面とボス外周面とに溶着一体
    化すると共に内外側鏡板部２ａ，２ｂ間の接合面
    を最終の溶接部として互いに溶接、一体化してな
    る中空回転部材の構造。
