するフイードバツク制御手段とを備える内燃機関
の吸排気弁リフト制御装置において、前記駆動手
段とカム制御軸及び位置検出手段とを同じ減速割
合の減速機構を介して連結するとともに、位置検
出手段を一回転型の位置検出手段としたことを特
