認用カメラと、 前記確認用カメラと不良基板との相対位置を変
化させる移動装置と、 前記判別装置からの不良個所位置情報に基き前
記確認用カメラの視野内に不良基板の不良個所を
位置させる、前記移動装置の制御装置とを備えた
