Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform heating for a dozing room at the time of parking so simply and inexpensively, by setting up a heat storage vessel, housing a heat storage medium inside, in the dozing room partitioned off in the rear of a driver's cab of a car such as a truck or the like, and installing a heat source device, feeding the heat storage medium with heat, in this heat storage vessel. CONSTITUTION:A dozing room 11 is formed in the rear side of a driver's cab 10 of a truck, which room is partitioned off with a partition member 12 such as a curtain or the like, while it is provided with a bed 13. On the other hand, in the lower part of a dashboard 14 being situated in a front part of the driver's cab 10, there is provided with a heating unit 15. In the above-mentioned constitu tion, a heat storage device 20 is set up in a lower part of the bed 13, and ports of a heat feed pipe 23 housed in the heat storage vessel 21 are connected to an engine 16 via a hot water pipe line 24. And, at the time of car running, solenoid valve 25 is opened and high temperature engine cooling water is led into the heat storage device 20, thus heat storage is carried out by a heat stor age medium 30. On the other hand, at the time of car stoppage, heat is radiated out of this heat storage medium 30, thereby heating the dozing room so properly.

As shown in FIG.
It is connected to an outgoing path 24a and a returning path 24b of a hot water pipe 24 that branches from 8a and joins the incoming path 18b. Furthermore, this heat storage container 21 is filled with a heat storage medium 30 made of sodium acetate hydrate with a melting point of 58°C. Heat can be stored by latent heat accompanying the state change between the gel phase and the gel phase. Note that this sodium acetate hydrate is a substance that noticeably exhibits the so-called supercooling phenomenon in which it does not crystallize even when it is cooled from a gel state to a temperature below its melting point. An anti-supercooling agent consisting of a crystal nucleating agent such as sodium chloride decahydrate is mixed. Also, if necessary, increase the number of t7N.
A thickener such as No. 1 may be added to stabilize the operation of the heat storage medium. Further, the inner surface of the container 21 (if made of metal) and the outer surface of the heat supply pipe 23 are subjected to anti-corrosion treatment to prevent corrosion by sodium acetate.

Next, the operation of the above configuration will be explained. During normal driving, when the engine cooling water temperature is rising, when the driver turns on the heat storage switch (not shown) on the driver's seat of the vehicle, the solenoid valve 25
is opened and high temperature engine cooling water is introduced into the heat storage device 20. The heat of the engine cooling water is supplied to the heat storage medium 30 via the heat supply vibrator 23, and when the engine cooling water temperature is 58°C or higher, the sodium acetate hydrate, which is the heat storage medium 30, becomes a gel state and heat storage occurs. When the driver stops the vehicle, latent heat associated with crystallization and sensible heat of high-temperature substances are released from the heat storage medium 30, and the heat is gradually radiated by the heat insulating material 22 covering the container 21. It is possible to heat a driver who is napping on top of the car for a long time.

Next, in the present invention, the shape of the heat storage device can be modified in various ways. For example, the heat supply vibe 23 may be bent into a meandering shape, or it may be branched into a large number of pipes using branch pipes to pass through the heat storage medium 30. Further, the N heat medium 30 and the engine cooling water may be in thermal contact with each other in a layered structure, and the heat supply vibe 23 may be configured with a double pipe and the heat storage medium 30 may be enclosed on the outer circumferential side. . In short, it is sufficient that the heat storage medium and engine cooling water are arranged with good heat transfer efficiency, and many other modifications are possible in addition to the above. Alternatively, the heat storage medium 30 may be packed in a removable bag or the like to form a heat storage puncture, which can be removed when unnecessary, such as during summer. Note that if the shape of the heat supply vibrator 23 causes a large pressure loss for water supply, a water pump may be installed.

In the above embodiment, the heat storage device 20 is provided on the floor of the nap room 11 to heat the napping occupant from below, but the heat storage device 20 is provided on the wall 11a of the nap room 11, etc., so that natural convection can occur. Alternatively, the entire nap room may be heated by forced convection using a fan. Further, even when the heater is installed on the floor, it may be installed only at the feet as shown in Fig. 3 instead of over the entire surface, thereby providing comfortable heating for those with a cold head and warm feet, and the amount of N heat can be used effectively.

In addition, when the heat storage medium 30 is made by adding an anti-supercooling agent to sodium acetate hydrate, supercooling does not occur, so a special crystallization initiation device is not required. Since this is not possible, the supercooling inhibitor may be omitted. In this way, even after a long period of time after the engine has stopped, it is possible to provide a mechanical stimulation using an appropriate crystallization initiating device to start heat dissipation and perform heating. As the heat storage medium 30, in addition to sodium acetate hydrate, a wide range of known heat storage media such as inorganic salts whose phase changes with absorption and release of latent heat, polyolefin heat storage bodies, metals, and water can be used.

Further, the heat source means of the present invention may be an electric cotton heater powered by a battery in addition to the engine cooling water shown in the above embodiments, and by doing so, the structure becomes simpler and the battery is charged while driving. When it continues,
