を示す斜面図、第２図は展開打抜ブランク板の一
例を示す平面図、第３図は展開打抜ブランク板の
積層構成を示す断面図である。 １：合成樹脂製容器、２：展開打抜ブランク板
、５：合成樹脂製容器１における容器先駆体に相
応する部分、６：容器先駆体における胴部の側壁
同士の接合部分、７：容器先駆体における胴部と
底部との接合部分、８：容器口縁部。

Claims (1)
- 容器胴部と容器底部とに相応する展開打抜ブラ
ンク板が金型内にて型閉めされて容器先駆体が形
成された後、該容器先駆体における胴部の側壁同
士の接合部分と、胴部と底部との接合部分と、容
器口縁部とからなるピラード部分が合成樹脂の射
出成形で形成されるピラードパツクシステムによ
る容器において、前記容器先駆体が、熱可塑性樹
脂で構成される外側層と、エチレン・ビニルアル
コール共重合体、アクリルニトリル系重合体、塩
化ビニリデン重合体の中から選択される樹脂で構
成される中芯層と、熱可塑性樹脂で構成される内
側層とを具備する積層シートからなる展開打抜ブ
ランク板により、前記積層シートの内側層が容器
先駆体の内側層となるようにして構成されており
、かつ、前記合成樹脂の射出成形で形成されてい
るピラード部分が、前記容器先駆体を構成してい
る積層シートにおける内側層の熱可塑性合成樹脂
の同一種類の熱可塑性合成樹脂で構成されている
ことを特徴とする合成樹脂製容器。
