構造である。すなわち、高周波の電磁波を発成する加熱
コイル1と、それを制御する制御回路2と、被加熱物と
なる鍋3を載置するプレート4を主構成とし、そして第
4図に示すように加熱コイル1は、トランジスタ5と直
列に、共振用のコンデンサ6と並列に接続されておシ、
制御回路2の働きで、トランジスタ5を0N−OFFさ
せて、加熱コイル1に高周波の電流を流し電磁波を発生
させ、鍋3にうず電流を起させ鍋3を直接加熱するよう
になっている。更にプレート4の下面には、鍋3の温度
を検知するサーミスタ等の温度検知素子7が設けられて
いる。ところで、従来における鍋3の過昇温度上昇、す
なわち、からだき等の異常を検知する検知装置は第5図
のグラフに示すように、温度検知素子7がある一定の温
度(図中T2)を検知すると高周波の発振を停止し、鍋
3などの被加熱物の加熱を停止するようになっている。

イルに高周波の電流が流れ電磁波を発生し、鍋3を加熱
する。この時、制御回路2に内蔵されているタイマーが
働き、電源ON後、t1時間温度検知素子7からの信号
は、制御回路2に入らないようになっている。t1時間
経過後は、タイマーが停止し、温度検知素子7からの信
号が制御回路2に入シ、温度検知する状態知なる。この
状態にて制御回路2は、tS間の間に、温度検知素子7
からの信号が上昇値のみかを判断し、上昇値のみの場合
には、加熱を停止させる。上昇値のみでない場合、すな
わち信号に上下変動のある時は、加熱を続行するもので
ある。この温度検知の温度と時間の関係を第1図に示し
ている。

安全性を得るという調理器本来の機能を阻害することも
ない。又、温度の上昇を検知するものであるため、温度
検知反応が遅くても変動カーブが変るだけで上昇を検知
することが容易となり、セラミックのプレートの下での
温度検知でも十分検知でき、掃除のしやすさ、外観のよ
さ等を確保できる。
