され、前記容器を誘導加熱する第2のコイルとを
備え、前記電子式のサーモスタツトは前記第2の
コイルへの電力供給を油温に応じて調節する構成
としたもので、上記構成の天ぷら鍋を電磁調理器
上に載置して調理器の加熱コイルを動作すると、
第1のコイルから電源装置を介して電子式のサー
モスタツトが動作し、容器内の油の温度制御を精
度高く、かつ、熱応答性よく行うものである。

温させる。油温が前記の設定値より高くなると接
点14を開成して第2のコイル5を非励磁にして
加熱動作を停止させる。この動作が繰り返し行わ
れて油温を所定の温度に保つ。ここで磁性体4は
第1のコイル3と電磁調理器の加熱コイルとの結
合を良好にするために設けられている。

て電子式のサーモスタツトを駆動する電源装置を
設けており、しかも、この電源装置は天ぷら鍋内
の第1のコイルからエネルギー供給されるため、
あらたに電源コードを取り付けなくともよい。

装置による油温の異常な温度上昇を生じることな
く、したがつて安全性に優れた、かつコードレス
のため使用性のよい天ぷら鍋を提供出来るもので
ある。
