- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 支持体上に圧電体よりなる複数個の駆動領
域を互いに分離して形成し、各駆動領域をデジタ
ル信号により直接駆動することを特徴とする音響
変換器。 (2) 前記圧電体は、圧電ポリマーでなることを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載
の音響変換器。 (3) 前記圧電体は、圧電セラミツクスでなるこ
